International Olympiad of Science (iOS) has been that event of the Organization that has captivated the attention of the emerging young talents. Since its beginnings, this event has earned stellar reviews from educators & students alike. It is an assessment of knowledge and aptitude in Science. The Olympiad is held periodically at National and International divisions, premised upon coursework provided by CBSE/ ICSE and the various State Boards. A portion of the examination paper focuses on Applied Science. The tests at the regional and local levels don't give the correct insights and assessment about potential pitfalls. iOS establishes a strong groundwork for school kids to flourish in subjects based on science in ICSE, CBSE and State board curriculum. A detailed breakdown based on Olympiad helps students dig deeper into their capabilities and limitations.

All the students from 1st to 12th can participate in Level 1 of the International Olympiad of Science

Section-1: Science 
Section-2: Reasoning and Aptitude

  • For Grades 1-2: There are 25 problems to be solved in a session of 40 minutes. 
  • For Grades 3-5: There are 30 problems to be solved in a session of 40 minutes. 
  • For Grades 6-8: There are 35 problems to be solved in a session of 40 minutes. 
  • For Grades 9-12: There are 40problems to be solved in a session of 50 minutes.

Rewards of Levels 1 and 2 would be awarded together based on the Level 1 exam and interpersonal interviews

  • 1st Olympiad rank holder for each grade would be presented with a Cash Reward of Rs. 7,500/-. 
  • 2nd Olympiad rank holder for each grade would be rewarded with a Cash Reward of Rs.5,000/-. 
  • 3rd for each grade would be recognized with the Cash Reward of Rs. 2,500/-. 
  • 4th to 10th 4th to 10th Intl. Olympiad rank holders for each class would be presented with Awards of Excellence. 
  • 11th to 500th 11th to 500th Intl. Olympiad rank winners for each class grade will be recognized with outstanding performance certification.
  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd
  •  All Zonal Rank 1st, 2nd 3rd rank winners of all grades would be presented Certificates of Merit 1
  • 1st, 2nd 3rd Class Topper 1st, 2nd 3rd rank bearers of every class of each school will be rewarded with Medals of Merit, provided the topper earns at least 50 percent marks

All the participants will be given with participating Certificates Representing respective Category Ranks & Scores. 

For up to ten candidates getting the same position, the prize cash would be shared & awarded evenly. In addition, each winner would be given a Representational Gold Medal of Merit in the respective category and Certificates. 

In case 11 & more students achieve the same rank, every victor would be presented with a Certificate of Achievement instead of monetary price.
